STRANDS:

Strands are able to be purchased as a bracelet or as a strand for your medical ID bracelet.  The strands have been designed to enable you to change designs of your Medical ID Bracelet.   At each end of the strand you will find a clasp.  If you want to change to another one, all you have to do is unclip the clasp and clip the other one on.  Voila!!  You now have a new bracelet, with all your medical information.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

It is recommended to wash your bracelet in warm soapy water and dry completely.  Sterling silver will tarnish, so when it is not being worn store in a zip lock bag.  Keep in mind, if there are metal mbeads they will blacken over time.  Please be sure you do not soak your jewellery.  Never use harsh abrasives or household chemicals to clean your jewellery, as this will damage the bracelet and it will need to be replaced at your expense.  It is NOT recommended that you wear your beaded style bracelet whilst swimming or showering.

RETURNS POLICY:

'Level Living' will exchange your order within 30 days of purchase.  Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.  Goods must be in original condition.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to.  Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.  Handmade beaded bracelets may vary due to the availability of beads.  If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us. 

Send the bracelet (or what you can find) in a padded postage bag to 'LEVEL LIVING', 25 Beira Street, ASPLEY  Qld  4034".  Please include your receipt, return address and total measurement your bracelet should be.

RE-SIZING:  If your bracelet needs to be re-sized, return your order.  Your order will be posted as a matter or priority.  **There is a re-sizing fee of $13.50 incl. postage.**

BREAKAGES:  If your bracelet breaks, remember there is a 6 month warranty for parts & manufacture faults.  Return your order & it will be re-strung & postaged at NO CHARGE.
